Return & Exchange Policy
At COLLIDED, every product is crafted with care and checked for quality before it reaches you. However, if you still face any issues, we’ve kept our return and exchange process simple and transparent.
We Accept ONLY Exchanges If:
- Defective or Wrong Item: Received a defective product, wrong color, or incorrect size? We’ll replace it for you.
- Fit Issues: If the correct size doesn’t fit as expected, we allow a one-time size exchange (same product only).
- Reporting Window: All issues or exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- How to Report: Share clear images with us at collidedbyk@gmail.com from your registered email ID. Once verified, we’ll initiate the exchange process.
- Reverse Pickup Fee: A nominal reverse shipping charges will be applied on each return request.
If we are unable to process your exchange request due to size or color unavailability, we will issue a discount coupon of the same value. The coupon will be valid for 6 months and can be used on your next purchase with us.
Eligibility Guidelines
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items that are visibly worn, washed, or soiled will not be accepted.
- Second-time exchanges for the same product are not permitted.
- Sale/discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Only defective items or size-related fit issues qualify for exchange (reverse fee applicable).
- Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size — product swaps are not allowed.
